We believe that a five-star online shopping experience doesn't end with product quality. That’s why Arisle applies a complete and seamless shipping policy — to ensure every Arisle item reaches your hands in full, on time, and exactly as expected.
This policy applies to all international orders placed through Arisle’s official systems:
· Global website: https://arisle.com
· Official international sales channels operated or authorized by Arisle
· For regular items: Orders are processed within 24 business hours after confirmation.
· For custom-made or personalized items (e.g., printed, embroidered, heat-pressed products), or items in the waiting list: Processing time is 2–14 business days. Arisle will inform customers in advance so they can confirm or adjust their order accordingly.
· All international orders are shipped directly from Arisle’s fulfillment center in Vietnam.
· Arisle partners with leading global couriers (such as DHL, FedEx, EMS, USPS...) depending on the destination and shipping conditions.
· A tracking number and link will be provided as soon as the order is shipped.
· Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, and shipping method selected at checkout.
· Free shipping worldwide is applied for orders valued at 180 USD or more.
· Import duties and customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and not included in the shipping fees shown on the website.
Arisle currently supports delivery to most countries worldwide, except for:
· Remote islands or overseas territories not covered by standard shipping routes
· Military zones, conflict areas, or restricted regions
· Locations classified as “remote area” or “out-of-delivery area” by international couriers (DHL, FedEx, etc.)
Note: If an order falls into an excluded area, Arisle will notify the customer and issue a refund if necessary.

· North America (USA, Canada...): 7–12 business days
· Western Europe (France, Germany, UK...): 7–12 business days
· Eastern & Northern Europe: 8–14 business days
· Southeast Asia: 4–7 business days
· East Asia (Japan, Korea, China...): 5–8 business days
· South Asia (India, Pakistan...): 6–10 business days
· Australia & New Zealand: 5–9 business days
· Middle East: 8–14 business days
· South America (Brazil, Chile...): 10–16 business days
· Africa (South Africa, Nigeria...): 10–18 business days
These estimates begin from the moment your package is handed over to the carrier. Customs clearance, weather, and national holidays may affect actual delivery time.
· Once shipped, Arisle will send the tracking number via email (or the messaging platform used by the customer) for easy tracking.
· Upon delivery, please carefully inspect the condition of the package.
· We recommend filming a short video while unboxing and checking the item to ensure your rights are protected in case of defects or missing items.
· Arisle is fully committed to accompanying and taking full responsibility throughout the delivery process.
· In case of delays or delivery issues caused by the courier, Arisle will closely coordinate with partners to resolve the situation and protect the customer’s best interest.
· If the order encounters issues such as being lost, severely damaged, or cannot be completed, Arisle will proactively send a replacement package to the customer as soon as possible.
