Warranty Policy

To provide a premium 5-star online shopping experience, Arisle offers a highly convenient warranty policy as follows:

1. WARRANTY PERIOD

All Arisle products are covered under warranty for 30 days from the date you receive your order, based on when Arisle receives your official warranty request.

2. CONDITIONS FOR WARRANTY COVERAGE

Products are eligible for warranty if they have technical defects caused by the manufacturing process, including (but not limited to) the following:

• Stitching defects
• Material defects
• Accessory defects (buttons, zippers, logos, embroidery, etc.)

3. CASES NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY

• Natural wear and tear over time
• Damage due to excessive force (tearing, pulling, stretching, etc.)
• Damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals or corrosive environments
• Products that are burned, melted, or deformed due to high temperatures
• Any abnormal damage not caused by a technical defect

4. RESOLUTION METHOD

• Arisle will provide a 100% product replacement if a technical defect from manufacturing is confirmed.

5. WARRANTY PROCESS

To request a warranty, please take clear photos and videos showing the defective area and send them to Arisle via any convenient channel:

• Messaging platforms: WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram (official Arisle accounts)

Once Arisle receives your warranty request and confirms that the product meets the warranty conditions, we will notify you and proceed as follows:

• Please send the product back to Arisle’s warehouse at:  6121 Donival Square, Alexandria, VA 22315, USA  Kindly cover the return shipping cost (if applicable).
• Arisle will ship the new replacement product to your address free of charge.
