To provide a 5-star online shopping experience for our customers, Arisle applies a flexible and customer-centric exchange & return policy as follows:
Arisle customers are free to exchange product size or model within 30 days from the date of receipt, as long as the product is still new (unused) and has all original tags and labels intact.
In cases where the product has already been used or lacks the original tags, but there is a product-related issue, our Warranty Policy will apply.
When requesting an exchange, you can contact Arisle via any of our available channels (website chat window, WhatsApp, Messenger...) or by email: cs@arisle.com, and then choose a new item that you prefer.
Next, please send the product you wish to exchange to Arisle's warehouse at the following address:

(Customers are kindly responsible for the shipping fee when sending the item back to this address.)
Arisle will ship the new item to your address with free shipping.
Note: The exchange policy does not apply to made-to-order products or items with customized details such as printing, embroidery, or heat-pressing as requested by the customer.
Arisle customers have the right to return purchased products within 30 days from the date of receipt, as long as the products are still new (unused) and have all original tags and labels intact.

Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund via the original payment method.
Note:
- The return policy does not apply to made-to-order products or items with customized details such as printing, embroidery, or heat-pressing as requested by the customer.
- The return policy also does not apply to bulk orders of 10 items or more. However, customers may still request an exchange under our exchange policy.
